Delete your Garaj account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Garaj and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted.

If you can't use the app

Email hello@garaj.my from the email address registered to your Garaj account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, phone number and date of birth.
• The vehicles you own in Garaj, with their service records, mileage, photos, receipts and documents.
• Your reminder and notification settings, and your access to vehicles others have shared with you.

What may be kept

• Limited information we need for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or accounting (Privacy Notice 7.2).
• Questions asked to Ask Garaj and details read from scanned receipts, after information that could identify you or your vehicle has been removed (Privacy Notice 7.4).
• Vehicles you already transferred to a buyer stay with the buyer (Privacy Notice 4.8).

Deleting your account can't be undone. Garaj doesn't yet offer an export, so keep copies of anything you want first.
